AllKeyHub – Digital Software Keys No-Return Policy
1. Overview
At AllKeyHub, we take great pride in
delivering high-quality digital products quickly and reliably. Because all
products sold on our platform are digital goods — specifically, software
activation keys — our refund policy differs from that of physical product
retailers.
Please read this policy carefully before
completing your purchase. By placing an order on AllKeyHub, you acknowledge and
agree to the terms outlined below.
2. All Products Are Digital Goods
Every product sold on AllKeyHub is adigital activation key. These keys are delivered electronically to the email
address provided at checkout. Once a key has been delivered, it has been
consumed — it cannot be returned, undelivered, or reused. This is the fundamental
nature of digital software licenses.
Unlike physical goods, digital activation
keys cannot be 'sent back.' Once a software key is viewed or used, it is
considered delivered and accepted by the customer.
3. General No-Refund Policy
Due to the digital and irreversible nature
of our products, AllKeyHub operates a no-refund policy once an activation key
has been delivered. We are unable to issue refunds in the following situations:

The customer changed their mind
after receiving the key.
•
The customer purchased the wrong
product by mistake.
•
The software was not compatible
with the customer's system (please verify compatibility before purchase).
•
The customer already owns a
license for the same product.
•
The customer was unable to
activate the key due to hardware or system issues on their end.
We strongly encourage all customers to
review product descriptions, system requirements, and compatibility notes
before completing a purchase.
4. When a Replacement May Be Provided
AllKeyHub understands that issues can
occasionally arise. We may offer a replacement activation key (not a monetary
refund) in the following limited circumstances:

Invalid Key: The activation key
delivered was verified to be invalid and does not work on any compatible
system.
•
Wrong Product Delivered: The key
you received does not match the product you ordered (e.g., you ordered Windows
11 Pro but received a different product).
To request a replacement, you must contact
our support team within 48 hours of receiving your key and provide your order
details, the activation key received, a clear description of the issue, and a
screenshot or screen recording demonstrating the error.
Replacement requests will be reviewed on a
case-by-case basis. Replacements are only issued after our team has verified
the reported issue. We reserve the right to deny replacement requests that do
not meet the above criteria.
5. Why Digital Products Cannot Be Refunded Like Physical Items
When you purchase a physical item and
return it, the seller can inspect it and resell it. Digital activation keys do
not work this way. Once a key is delivered to you, it cannot be verified as
'unused' from our end. The key could have already been activated on a device,
making it impossible to resell or reissue.
This policy protects both our business and
the integrity of the software licensing ecosystem. It is also consistent with
standard practices across the digital goods industry and consumer protection
regulations applicable to digital products in many jurisdictions.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
Filing an unjustified chargeback with your
payment provider after receiving a valid activation key is considered
fraudulent. AllKeyHub reserves the right to report such cases and block future
orders from customers who abuse the chargeback process.
